Daily Site Rate
Nightly RV Site – $ 50-55 +Tax
- (Basic full price for 50 or 30 amp pull through sites)
- (Includes water, sewer and electric – 30 or 50 amp);
- Discounts – 10% Discount: Age 65+, 15% Discount: Military & Veterans.
- Friday, Saturday, and Holiday Weekend rates are $55
- 2 adults included. Each additional person over 5 years of age: $ 2.00/day

- Monthly sites are a mixture of pull-through and back-in sites. There is a registration packet you will need to fill out which includes a copy of park rules to observe. Speak with our staff for a reservation or a special circumstance. Extra monthly guests are $15/person.

Park Model Cabins
Twin Oaks has four park model ‘cabins’ that we offer for rent by the month. These adorable tiny houses are fully appointed with linens, dishes, cookware, television and furniture. They even have cute little outdoor dining tables with umbrellas! Click here to read more about our park model cabins for rent. Monthly Cabin Rentals
Cabin Monthly (Open-Ended, Month To Month): $925/$975/$1000 Per Month*
- Prices are for 2 people. Each additional guest is $15/person.
- If the cabin is equipped with a propane tank, it will be filled at check-in and re-filled monthly. Propane used during the month will be charged to cabin renter monthly at our cost.
- *Monthly stays require an application and $300 deposit at check-in.
- ($100 cleaning fee + $200 refundable damage deposit)
- **NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE CABINS**

Nightly Tent Sites – $30.00 +Tax
- We do allow remote tent camping near our shower house. Rate includes 2 adults and 2 children max. No pets. No additional guests. One vehicle and one tent. 2 night limit.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of your scheduled arrival are subject to a $10.00 processing fee. If cancellations are not made prior to 24 hours of scheduled check-in (anytime after 7:00 PM CT the day before you are scheduled to arrive) there will be no refund given. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your Reservation. Monthly Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No Refunds provided after Check-in or after the scheduled arrival date.
